THE SPUMANTE CAVE IS THE DESTINATION OF DISCERNING WINE ENTHUSIASTS AND LOVERS OF TRENTODOC, THE TRENTINO CLASSIC METHOD SPARKLING WINES.

If you want to discover our Grotto’s history and you would like to understand more about the Classic Method, you can visit the grotto all year long. Our tours are available in Italian, English, German and French. Don’t forget to bring a pullover with you: the temperature in the grotto is about 13-14° C and the humidity level is high.

Pets are welcome, but they can’t go with you inside the cave and the cellar. We advise you against bringing them.

From Monday to Thursday
In the morning: from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
In the afternoon: from 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m
Friday: In the morning: 9.00 a.m to 12.30 p.m
Saturday: on request
Visits to the cellar with tasting at 10.30 a.m. or at 3.00 p.m. Booking is required.
