The location will be Palazzo Brancaccio, in Rome, a nineteenth-century prestigious palace with a big garden.

Pedrotti Spumanti will be present with Brut Rosé Millesimato, 3 years on the lees for a 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir Classic Method sparkling wine. A Rosé a little bit different from usual because of its Chardonnay's prevalence, which gives it elegance and balance, supported by the Pinot Noir's structure. A sparkling wine which gives great enotions if paired with goat cheese, tempura fried or shellfishes.
