The summer's eve, the 20th of Juny, will take place in Forte dei Marmi the most awaited Gourmet event in the Versilia summer. The best chefs of the area will cook their better dishes. The finger food prepaired by the great Chef Valentino Cassanelli will be paired with our most tied to the trentino Territory sparkling wine: Pedrotti Bouquet Nature, 32 months on lees for a blanc de blancs 100% Chardonnay, with fruity notes and a perfect balance between minerality, sourness and structure.
