Monday, the 13th of june, it will take place in Bologna "La notte delle bolle". At its fourth edition, this event reckons on 70 companies among italian and french sparkling wine producers (Emilia Romagna, Trentodoc, Franciacorta, Champagne and Crémant), wich will bring their products to pair to dishes themed "polpette", proposed by 13 chefs from the bolognese restaurants.

The event will take place at the Restaurant "Il boccone del Prete", in via Siepelunga 56/4, inside the namesake Golf Club, on the Bologna hills.

Pedrotti Spumanti will be present with Bouquet Brut, Bouquet Nature e Brut Millesimato.
