Produced using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle, Pedrotti makes this wine in limited quantities using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown on the highest, sunniest hilltop vineyards of Trentino.

TRENTODOC represents the jewel in the crown of the broad selection of Trentino wines. Produced with the traditional method, abiding by the regulations of TRENTODOC. The fine, dry flavor is finished by a fine and persistent perlage. Elegance and fresh crispness are two of its most marked characteristics. Perfect as an aperitif, with shellfish appetizers or paired with seafood dishes.

  • Grapes
    90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot noir, harvested by hand;
  • Vinification
    Traditional method, aging on the lees for at least 30 months;

    Yellow gold colour, golden lights;

    Fragrant, typically reminiscent of dried fruit, yellow apples;

    Pleasantly acidic, with delicate mineral undertones, hints of fruit;
